Our client already has a small home on this 800m2 site. She hoped to better look after her recently widowed mother by building a small secondary home on the same site.
We completed all relevant compliance paperwork, the builders moved in and the rest is history.
The treated effluent is recycled through an irrigation system to provide nutrients for the lush planting to provide a soft barrier between the homes and generally give a very cool tropical feel to the property.
